Shipping and returns

Refridgerated Goods – Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via refridgertated courier. Gallery Gourmet will call you to arrange a convenient time for acceptance of delivery as goods will require refrigeration at time of hand over

Dry Goods – Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped courier service or Australia Post. If you prefer delivery by Registered Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us if you would like this service and we will supply an additional invoice.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

International Orders – Gallery Gourmet can only ship dry goods internationally. Please contact us for an accurate quote to include shipping. Gallery Gourmet is not liable to pay any tax on items

 

Refunds and Exchanges 
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any fresh food items. Gallery Level will deliver all perishables fresh & perfectly edible but cannot vouch for the maintenance of freshness once the items have been delivered to you and left our delivery service. However we will refund for other products, your purchase price (including postage and handling) in the unlikely event that you, within 14 days of purchase provide us with proof of faulty item by you to us
